At Cords Club, we want you to love your new style, but if something isn't quite right, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the portal process and securely package your items.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt for peace of mind.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
